• Buyer must create a store account and notify us via email so that we may appropriately tag your account for wholesale pricing. Sign into your store account to gain access to the Wholesale Order Form on the Main Menu or Footer Menu.
• Current wholesale pricing can be found on the Wholesale Order Form on the website.
• Orders must be made through endlessblading.com via credit card or bank transfer.
• Wire / Bank Transfer payment qualifies for a 3% discount. Please click the “Wire Transfer Payment Checkout” button at the very bottom of the Cart page. We will apply the discount upon receiving your order and let you know the total amount to send. Payment must be received in full before orders will be shipped. Orders shall be placed in USD.

• There are no order minimums.
• Freight and applicable import duties / VAT is paid by the buyer. Declared customs values will be actual wholesale invoice price.
• Items may not be sold below set retail price in USD or Euros. Please coordinate retail pricing for other currencies with Endless Blading Co. before listing on your store.
• Please refrain from listing our products on your store if you have not yet placed an order.
• Sales involving our products must be coordinated with Endless Blading Co.
• We do not offer exclusivity arrangements in any country or region. There will be other retailers in addition to our shop at endlessblading.com that will be selling our products globally.
• Approved product photos and copy used on endlessblading.com shall be used to list product in retailer’s online store. Retail images (transparent or white background) can be downloaded from a link on the Wholesale Order Form. Please coordinate additional copy and photos with Endless Blading Co.
• The Endless 100 and 110 Frames have specific 180 mm mounting requirements that may not be compatible with all boots. If a boot does not feature a 7-hole mounting plate (see the FAQ on endlessblading.com) then the frames will not align properly. The frames will have a rear bias. The Retailers shall publish clear boot compatibility requirements on their product pages, and may use the information we have on our website for reference. We use a product warning pop-up on our site that requires customers to acknowledge the mounting requirements.
• The Endless 100 RB Frame has front-back mounting slots that do NOT allow for lateral adjustment. If a customer requires lateral adjustment to address pronation or toe-in then other Endless frames should be recommended. Retailers shall publish descriptions on their product pages, and may use the information we have on our website for reference. The bottom view product photos show these slots clearly.
• All wholesale customers will be added to our dealer email list so that we may inform you about new product announcements.
• Bundle discounts on website shown for direct customers (B2C) do not apply to B2B orders.

Minimum Retail Pricing

* Please show a crossed out MSRP that is $5 more per wheel than the RRP for the 110 mm wheels (+138.5%).  For example, an 8-pack of 110 mm wheels should be listed as $144 crossed out to $104.
