Refund policy

Conditions for Return

You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of the product's delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging which also must be in "like new" condition.

The following products are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Apparel (unless it arrives damaged)
  • Limited Edition Prototypes and Demo Units
  • Special order or customized products

To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error maybe be assessed upto a 15% restocking fee.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • All skate exchanges and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please send us photos of the items so that we may verify their condition.  If you would like to initiate an exchange please email us. Exchanges cannot be processed through the self-serve return system.  

We will process your request and send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Returned items should be mailed in their original packaging to: Endless Blading Co., 406 E 300 S STE 258, Salt Lake City, UT 84111, United States.

There are two ways of shipping your returned product to us:

1) You pay for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2) We generate a shipping label for your returned product, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if your refund is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for returned item processing. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If it takes more than 15 business days to receive a refund, please first contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@endlessblading.com.

If your refund is rejected, the product will be returned to you and you will be asked to pay all shipping costs associated with the return.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Exchange Procedure (Defective or Damaged Product)

At Endless Blading, we take incredible pride in the quality of our products. We are happy to exchange your product for a new one if it is defective of damaged upon delivery. If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please email info@endlessblading.com with pictures of your product. After receiving your email, we will send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return shipping label free of charge. Please return the item in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then initiate a new order to replace your defective or damaged product free of charge. We will pay all shipping costs associated with the exchange of a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Exchange Procedure (Product is Not Defective or Damaged)

Under special circumstances we may be able to exchange a product which is not defective or damaged for a different product. In general, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if your item is not defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you would like to discuss exchanging a product which is not defective or damaged, please email info@endlessblading.com. You may be responsible for paying any shipping costs.  All skate exchanges and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

International Cancellations

If an order has already shipped to an international destination and has left the U.S. then that order may NOT be cancelled. We are not responsible for the long waits that may be required for customs processing in other countries. To qualify for a refund the goods must be returned to us in brand new condition at the purchaser's expense. If you reject the goods from customs, please instruct them to return the merchandise.  Once received we can process a refund for the original purchase price less all shipping charges (both outbound and any inbound charges). Given the slow processing times through customs this can take many weeks or even months with some countries. We strongly advise that international customers purchase DHL Express or UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping and commit to waiting for orders to arrive.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the delivery of the last item, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused/undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging with all hardware/accessories like axles, washers, screws. The original packaging and all hardware must also be in "like new" and unused condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price including the standard outbound shipping cost. We will not refund upgraded or express shipping charges or any VAT, import duties, or customs fees paid directly to customs authorities or shipping carriers. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. A restocking fee may apply as mentioned in the Refunds section above.
